Provided regular repair status updates to customers, take and perform escalations.

Worked in a 7x24 operation. Performed basic local translations in both DMS and Lucent 5ESS switches involving building hunt groups, forwarding numbers, suspending service for non-pay. Coordinated with LEC and MCI WorldCom field technicians to restore service.
